Compensation: Your salary will be XXX per year. You will be entitled to X weeks vacation as well as 5 personal/sick days effective after your 3-month probation. After three months, you will also be eligible for our group insurance benefit program.

Working Schedule: Typical work schedule is Monday to Friday XXX with a half-hour for lunch.

On Call: This has been discussed with you and you have agreed to share in the “on call” schedule.

Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement: Our standard confidentiality and non-compete agreement must be signed prior to start.

Your probation period will be for a term of three months. If during this probation period, termination of employment is desired by either party, no further obligation either financial or otherwise will be required.
