Job Summary / Purpose:

The Regional Caregiver Recruiting Team Manager provides leadership to and builds a high-performance caregiver recruitment group with responsibility for all day-to-day and strategic aspects of caregiver recruiting for their dedicated area of support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Manages the caregiver recruiting team for the assigned region

Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new caregiver recruiters

Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates

Sets clear goals and benchmarks for the caregiver recruitment team

Creates and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques

Oversees the daily workflow of the caregiver recruitment department

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations to team members

Works closely with recruiting managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on organizational initiatives

Monitors key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures

Liaising with location leadership to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs

Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations for hiring processes

Works with team to ensure that we maximize our HR advertising dollars while maximizing candidate flo to reduce time to hire

Other duties as may be assigned

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field a plus

5+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting

2+ years' experience managing recruiters

Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases

Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Preferred Skills, Education and Certifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Ability to attend career events and job fairs as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel approximately up to 10% of the time

Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds

Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day

Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
