Duration The term of this retention bonus letter began on June 23, 2022 and shall continue until you begin providing caregiving services for the Company, which is expected to occur on August 16, 2022, but may occur at a later date. Retention Bonus Although you have not worked any hours for the Company since June 23, 2022, the Company has agreed to pay you a retention bonus equal to your expected weekly work schedule each week, subject to the terms described below. Resignation/Termination for Cause If you voluntarily resign from the Company or are terminated for just cause prior to beginning caregiving services for the Company, you will be required to return to the Company the entire retention bonus. EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE: By signing below, I represent that I currently intend to continue employment with the Company through at least when I begin providing caregiving services for the Company.
