MAV-12344 | Creating Client Timeline Event is throwing a false error “failed to create TimeLine Event” for client with No Account Manager | - Fixed: Users were receiving a misleading error message when attempting to create a timeline event on a client that did not have an account manager assigned.
- Now the error will not show, unless it is actually applicable.

MAV-11711 | Timesheets- Overtime calculation is including more than 2 decimal places for Total hours and Rate | - Fixed: The overtime hours and rate were showing many decimal places on timesheets.
- Now it will only show 2 decimal places.
