Job Summary / Purpose: The Staffing Manager will be responsible for coordinating the daily schedules for assigned caregivers and clients. This role will ensure that all shifts are staffed appropriately and will work to drive high-quality service to our caregivers and the clients they support. This position will provide supervision to caregivers Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Understands and adheres to established TheKey policies and procedures Responsible to provide ongoing supervision of caregivers; including, coaching, performance manager and, disciplinary actions Staffs cases matched by clients' needs, caregivers' skills, experience, availability, and personality Provides staffing for sick leave, vacation, long term leave Schedules client visits according to care plans and staff availability Contacts caregivers and clients regarding day-to-day changes Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests, and care plans Responsible for properly entering client and caregiver information into appropriate systems and updates as necessary Ensures submission of proper timekeeping and paperwork for caregivers Builds professional relationship(s) with caregivers and clients so as to ensure excellent service delivery Performs general office duties and other duties as assigned On call and after hours support as needed Additional duties as assigned Required Skills, Education and Certifications: Associate Degree or equivalent years of training or work experience One (1) year of scheduling experience in a health care setting using an online scheduling system is preferred Proven organizational skills and detail orientation Ability to multitask, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel Proficient in current company software programs Physical Requirements: Ability to travel approximately up to 10% of the time Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc. The information contained here is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of the job, nor is it intended to be an all-inclusive list of the skills and abilities required to do the job.
