ADDENDUM TO THE PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT

Buyer :	Timothy Thomas Senior et Timothy Thomas Junior

Unit :	U58

Lot :	6 370 516

The Seller (9304-7033 Québec Inc.) and the Buyer hereby agree that the preliminary agreement signed and executed on October 15th, 2021 is modified in order to account for the changes made to the project.

The changes in question include, among other things:

Appendix A :

Clause 4.1 :	xx (page 5), should read « 15-7 » rather than « 15-6 »;

Clause 4.3 :	should read « LCG Notaires Inc. » rather than « VSB Notaires Inc. »;

Clause 6.2 :	neither the sewer network nor the water supply system (which include the pumping station) are assigned to neither the municipality of Mont-Tremblant nor any private corporation; they shall both remain an asset of the common portions. The also represent a source of income, payable by any and all users/beneficiaries.

Appendix B-2 :	Notaries : same change as in Clause 4.3 (see above);

Architect :  add « PLA Architectes Inc., 386 de St-Jovite street (suite 2), Mont-Tremblant, Québec »;

Appendix B-4 :	Add the following to the clause entitled « Elevator »:

« A hydraulic car lift that allows access to the indoor garage »;

Appendix B-5 :	Contribution to the private sewer network and water supply system:

It is hereby confirmed that neither the sewer network nor the water supply system have been assigned, and that all related contributions will be managed by the Syndicate.

Appendix B-6 :	Please refer to the updated provisional budget dated December 7th, 2022

The parties agree that all the changes summarized above have been approved, and that the selling price indicated in the Commitment has not been modified.
