Best Practices/Big and Small Wins (Referral Account Specific):

Draft proposal for renewed agreement with VCH _ North Shore. Zoom meeting held on Friday Feb 3 with Robin Bennet and Nelson Tung.  Initial negotiation taking place to confirm new rate (proposing $40 (from $42). VCH came back with $39 (from $35). We have agreed on $39/hour. VCH budget director previously proposed $37. Agreed to get amendment signed by both parties and to reviewed annually.

Next steps as per conversation with Nelson Tung. Schedule meeting with Michelle Louis from VCH and Nelson to strategize on how to manage short shift (hours) care. Will look at salaried for the day with me nogotiated rate to be added to agreement as an amendment when concluded.
