Dear Nikita,
We are pleased to offer you the full-time position of Volunteer Program Coordinator, working 35 hours per week, in our Operations Department at a salary rate of $55,000 per year, effective July 1st, 2023.

The first six months constitute a probationary period after which your performance will be reviewed.

You will accrue vacation at 8% of your salary and this will be deposited into your vacation bank on an annual basis during the month of May.

You will be eligible to participate in our Group Insurance and Savings plans. As a minimum, you will be required to take insurance coverage for Life, Accidental Death, Dismemberment and Long Term Disability. Additional information will be provided to you shortly. 

After siz month of employment, you will be eligible to participate in our Pension plan, the details of which will be provided to you at a later date.
