We are excited to announce a partnership with VersaPay, an online invoice viewing and

payment system. Using VersaPay, you will be able to manage your account on-line, 24/7 in a secure environment that’s easy to use.

Key Features:

One-click access to invoices and payment history

E-mail notifications to alert you when a new invoice is available.

PDF copies of each invoice included with invoice notification

Online communication in order to address any questions or invoice concerns.

What to expect:

In the coming weeks we will be using the new online platform, please add no-reply@versapay.coml to your safe senders/contacts list so no communication from the platform is blocked or sent to spam/junk.

Please also keep in mind these charges may look different on your account statement, feel free to give us a call and validate any charges posted to your account if you have questions.

If we have your credit card information on file, or if you are currently automatically charged for services provided; no further action is required as we will continue to charge you weekly and ensure your account is kept up to date.

With the platform being new we want to ensure you have the opportunity to acclimate to the look and feel, and will be invoicing you Wednesday of each week. We will wait 2 additional days to process your payment, to ensure you have ample time to address any concerns or access issues.

Once we are live in this new platform you will be provided a Help Desk phone number and email for any concerns or questions you have.
