TENANT REFUSE BINS - USE AGREEMENT I, ____________________________________, ‘TENANT’ of 1861 Marine Dr., West Vancouver, B.C. ( PRINT FULL NAME ) The Tenant(s) agrees with the Landlord, as follows: Not to permit the accumulation (unless in concealed metal containers) or burning of any rubbish or garbage in, on or about any part of the Property. Tenant shall handle and dispose of all rubbish and garbage in accordance with the regulations established by Landlord and shall not permit any rubbish or garbage to be collected or disposed of from the Demised Premises, except in accordance therewith and shall pay all costs and expenses for such disposal and collection. Tenant shall keep the sidewalk(s) and curbs adjacent to the Building free of debris. Not to allow the accumulation waste products or recyclables in Common Areas, i.e. hallways, side yards, and parking lots. Not to dispose of abnormal amounts of waste materials or recyclable cardboard in the bins. The Tenant(s) agrees to not load restricted materials into Garbage Bins, as follows: No construction materials, i.e. drywall, wood, flooring, etc. No concrete, bricks, rocks, dirt, gravel, aggregate materials, etc. No liquids, paint, oil, solvents, etc. No electronic waste, i.e. computers, printers, TVs, stereos, cell phones, etc. No waste brought from home. No automobile parts, i.e. batteries, oil containers, oil filters, etc. No cardboard, newsprint, office paper, etc. All items listed in local recycling programs. The Tenant(s) agrees to only put flattened corrugated cardboard in the designated “CARDBOARD” Bin. The Tenant(s) acknowledge that they will be subject to a $50.00 fine for any breach of the rules set out in this document. -1- KEYS: There will a $50.00 refundable deposit for every key dispensed for the locks on the Refuse & Cardboard bins. It is agreed that there are no representations, collateral agreements, or condition affecting this agreement or supported hereby other than as expressed herein in writing. The Landlord has caused this agreement to be executed on its behalf by its Rental Clerk/ Authorized Agent and the Tenant has agreed to this agreement with their signature.
