COMMS29-2023 ISSUED FEBRUARY 13, 2023 CANADA TEAM VACATION REMINDER TheKey’s HR and Canada teams are reminding all Canada employees that vacation requests must be made at least 14 days in advance. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis and require two approvals. The first approval request must be sent to your direct manager and will be approved based on vacation days allowed. Your direct manager will then review your request with the local office leader to ensure there is adequate staff coverage. If approved, please update your work calendar to the “out of office” setting for those days and invite your manager and the local leader to the event so it’s also visible on their calendars. Should another member of the team be unavailable, the employee's direct manager can act as a backup, depending on workload. This is approved at the manager's discretion.
