Elisa Concepcion has been with The Key for 12 years. She was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Canada in 1992. After obtaining her permanent residency and exploring various job opportunities, she decided to pursue a career as a Registered Care Aide. She discovered a passion for this field and has been dedicated to helping seniors ever since.  Elisa was recognized as Vancouver Caregiver of the Month in February 2024.

She finds joy in her work, appreciating both the challenges and the rewards that come with caring for seniors.  She values the opportunity to learn from their life experiences and feels fulfilled by the difference she makes in their lives.

Outside work, Elisa enjoys hiking, camping, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
