At TheKey, our caregivers are trained in the Balanced Care Method™, which focuses on promoting overall well-being through nutrition, physical activity, mental stimulation, and social interaction. We carefully select our caregivers through interviews, reference checks, background checks, and psychological evaluations to ensure compassion and reliability. All caregivers are bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

The cost of care varies slightly depending on the need, currently $40 to $42 per hour. The first step in implementing our service is to schedule a care consultation. During this in-person meeting, a Care Manager from TheKey will determine the level of care needed and create a customized care plan with you.

In addition, the Alberta government has a program that could significantly reduce the cost of

We're pleased to offer Lifeguard as a complimentary service for all new clients. This advanced system adds an extra layer of security by monitoring wellness trends and alerting caregivers to significant changes in daily routines, such as sleep patterns, nutrition, or activity levels. Additionally, the system includes fall detection, ensuring a timely response in the event of an emergency. This service is our way of showing that we care about your well-being and safety.
