Home Care Assistance Ambassadors have a unique opportunity to promote our services and represent our brand in the community. The majority of ambassadors are professionals – real estate agents, senior placement agents and other wellness providers.

The key to success for any Ambassador is to be an active listener. Our services are targeted at a specific population who truly need in-home support and our focus is on quality, not quantity. Examples of individuals who may need home care include:

An older couple who lives alone, but have trouble finding transportation to doctor’s appointments or running errands such as grocery shopping

A patient who had a recent trip to the hospital and is ready to transition back to the home with some outside support

An older adult who can no longer regularly care for his/her spouse

Any individuals who have mobility issues, are bedbound, require assistance walking or require transferring

A resident at a retirement community who is still mainly independent, but needs some day-to-day support

A very independent retiree who lives alone at home and does not have any local family to check-in or provide social stimulation

An individual with arthritis or other conditions that prevent them from completing household tasks such as meal preparation

An older adult with dementia who is not safe in an isolated environment and requires regular observation

An individual recovering from surgery who is transitioning home from rehab or skilled nursing

Remember, your role as an Ambassador is to recommend our services when appropriate by providing accurate information, providing contact information for our local offices and to answer basic questions.

At Home Care Assistance, We Believe in Doing Well by Doing Good

Ambassador Awards Program

We offer a generous awards program to our Ambassadors. We believe in rewarding professionals that value our services and trust us with their referrals. There are absolutely no costs associated with our ambassador program, and unlimited upside!

Ambassadors will receive:

A Strong Start Award of $50 for every client who receives at least 20 hours of total service

A Satisfied Client Award when the client receives one month of continuous service

$100 Silver Award for clients receiving minimal care (less than 20 hours per week)

$250 Gold Award for clients receiving hourly care

$1000 Platinum Award for clients receiving around-the-clock care

A Lifetime Satisfaction Award when the client receives six months of continuous service

$250 Silver Award for clients receiving minimal care

$500 Gold Award for clients receiving hourly care

$1500 Platinum Award for clients receiving around-the-clock care

The maximum total award for a Platinum Client is $2,550. All Ambassador Awards are made by check and delivered right to your home. Awards are available immediately, and there is no withholding or waiting period.

Our Awards are designed to fit the nature of our business and our emphasis on quality over quantity. The program is designed to be highly rewarding for our Ambassadors – referring a single new client per month could yield between $5,000 and $20,000 in annual awards. Consider the examples of Mary and Sharon below:

Mary is an Ambassador for Home Care Assistance. She has a fulfilling career as a real estate agent and is very involved in her community. Mary only makes referrals to Home Care Assistance when her friends discuss their aging parents, or when an elderly client mentions difficulties at home. Last year, Mary referred ten clients to Home Care Assistance. Six of these clients received hourly care, and three qualified for the Lifetime Satisfaction Award. The remaining four clients received around-the-clock care, and three qualified for the Lifetime Satisfaction Award. For the year, Mary generated $12,000 in Ambassador Awards and qualified as a Platinum Ambassador.

Sharon is an Ambassador for Home Care Assistance, and she also has a full-time job as a physical therapist. Sharon notices that many of her older rehab clients are less active following a major surgery, and recommends Home Care Assistance to help them maintain their quality of life. Because she sees many clients after they return home from the hospital, Sharon is able to refer two clients to Home Care Assistance every month. Half of these clients receive six months or more of services, and three require around-the-clock care. For the year, Sharon generated $16,200 in Ambassador Awards and qualified as a Diamond Ambassador.

Thanks to our Ambassador Awards Program, Mary and Sharon were able to maintain balance in their work lives, provide valuable information to their friends and clients, and supplement their income by 20%!
