The purpose of this letter is to request a payment tracing.  As Home Care Assistance Montreal Inc. GST/HST account is administered by Revenue Quebec, the payment should have been made to Revenue Quebec.  However, the August 2024 payment of $56,295.97 was erroneously made to CRA instead on October 3rd, 2024, via wire transfer through JPMorgan Chase Bank, with the reference number #18181134, per details below.  That said, please trace the $56,295.97 payment made to CRA and issue a refund.
