Non-Caregivers

$300 for a Bronze Key Client, who is a client that reaches $5k in long term revenue
$750 for a Silver Key Client, who is a client that reaches $25k in long term revenue
$1500 for a Gold Key Client, who is a client that reaches $50k in long term revenue
$3000 for a Platinum Key Client, who is a client that reaches $100k in long term revenue

Caregivers:

Caregiver employees will be rewarded at EACH milestone with the following cash bonuses based on the hours of service the Client receives!

$300 for a Bronze Key Client, who is a client that uses 150 hours of service

$750 for a Silver Key Client, who is a client that uses 750 hours of service

$1500 for a Gold Key Client, who is a client that uses 1500 hours of service

$3000 for a Platinum Key Client, who is a client that uses 3000 hours of service

For Caregivers who receive a referral, the field must enter the payments in Clear Care, and Comp also advises Payroll.

The guidelines to qualify for the client employee referral payout state it has to be a new client, cannot be an existing.
