Biography
 
 
Helen is a professional and outgoing individual. She has many varied
 
interests. She first started her career as a makeup artist. She specializes in
 
skin color, eyebrow and eyelash application for woman and men who
 
undergo chemotherapy and have suffered from hair loss. Branching out
 
into another field, she found interest in Yoga. She pursued this interest by
 
becoming a certified Reiki master and teaching Hatha yoga to the young
 
adults and the elderly.
 
 
Helen has a very kind heart and enjoys taking care of people. Up until the
 
present, Helen was working as a caregiver for a private client. During this
 
time she has accompanied her client to doctor appointments, assisted
 
with all daily care tasks, maintained a clean house hold, groceries and
 
meal preparation.

Helen also has an interest in acting. She attended the Simulation Centre
 
at McGill in 2004. Since, she has taken part of many medical simulations
 
and acting roles in movies, and plays.
 
 
In her spare time, Helen volunteers at senior residences to assist with
 
feeding and offer companionship
