To Do Sales and Marketing Deep dive into Brand Awareness - competitive analysis for market - marketing strategy meeting with regional marketer and VP of Sales and Marketing. By April 10, 2026. To Do Client Retention Strategy Identify any "at-risk" clients (frequent complaints or gaps in care). Build proactive outreach plans. By April 10, 2026. To Do Phase 2: Leadership & People Development (Weeks 3-4) Goal: Position as trusted leader, build team alignment, and set expectations.
