Phase 1: Systems & Operational Mastery
Goal: Achieve 100% technical proficiency and identify P&L optimization.

	Review supplies, PPE, Driver delivery, and Uber costs for "leaks.". Look at O/T, supplies and evaluate the business.

	Deep dive into Brand Awareness -  competitive analysis for market - marketing strategy meeting with regional marketer and VP of Sales and Marketing. By April 10, 2026.

Phase 2: Leadership & People Development (Weeks 3-4)
Goal: Position as trusted leader, build team alignment, and set expectations.
