Eligibility and Offer Details * Target Client: Prospects who have had an assessment and are in the "Closed Lost" or "Closed Won / Never Started" stage. * Discount: 10% off the standard hourly rate, applied to the first 4 weeks of care. * Note: Minimum hours policy does not apply during the promotional period. 2. Communication Method * Each CSM will reach out individually to clients in their assigned territory via email, providing personalized outreach. * If no response is received within 3 business days, a follow-up phone call is to be made.
