We are writing to inform you that, effective on or about January 1, 2026, Orofresh Enterprises Inc., 2004437 Alberta Ltd., SJD Care Services Inc., Home Care Assistance (Montreal) Inc./Assistance Et Soins a Domicile (Montreal) Inc., Arya Healthy Living Oakville Inc., Prairie Senior Care Inc. (collectively, the "Predecessor Companies"), all affiliated companies, will amalgamate under the name TheKey Canada Inc.

This amalgamation does not affect your employment status, terms, or conditions. Your current role, compensation, benefits, and working conditions remain the same. Your seniority and years of service will be recognized and preserved under the amalgamated entity.
