Qualifying Tier 4 Clients

Business to Business lead - What is it?
* Hospital, Community (AL/Memory Care), Skilled Nursing Facility, Financial Advisor, Attorney, Geriatric Care Manager, etc
Business to Consumer - What is it?
* Partner lead, internet, google, web lead
Note: TheKey is currently not taking on any tier 4 clients for Business to Consumer leads, no exceptions. However, the qualifying process below remains the same for business to consumer leads and should be closed out as "below minimum hours" if qualified.
Caring.com, CareScout or APFM: Not taking tier 4 clients. No exceptions.

Qualifying
* There is an upcharge for Tier 4 Clients and this MUST be shared during intake.
* "Please be aware that there is an hourly upcharge for a schedule that is less than 31 days of care."
* If the client asks specifically how much the upcharge is, we MUST disclose it.
