Service Level Agreement (SLA): Communication Plan * Executive Approval: SLA will be presented at TheKey Standard task force meeting for final approval. * SLA uploaded in Workplace: SLA will be uploaded into Workplace the day after Exec approval. * Regional Director Review: SLA will be socialized at the following Regional Director meeting * Divisional Training: Divisional Ops leaders will hold RM trainings the week following RD socialization * Workplace Communication: Workplace Communication shared highlighting the new SLA in Workplace. One day after Exec approval * Training Team Launch: The training department will incorporate the SLA's into the weekly/bi weekly training for their respective verticals. All training content will be adjusted to align with the expectations in the SLA's. * Follow up: Regional Directors and Divisional Ops will closely monitor the implementation of the SLA's into their operations. (2wk, 30, 60 day follow up)
