Seasons of CARE: Updated Holiday Campaign
During the December Town Hall, we shared the Seasons of CARE initiative as our holiday campaign designed to bring connection, appreciation, and meaningful engagement across TheKey. After that announcement, we received thoughtful and candid feedback from our Regional leadership team.
In alignment with our organizational goals and reflecting the passion and care of our leaders, we took that feedback seriously and adjusted the campaign to better support our teams and stay rooted in gratitude.
