Jennifer is filling in with assessments, care plans, pandadocs etc. According to Brooke - Jennifer is not happy, Might be considering other options. Cincinnati GM is Ali Pucket, Will is Director of Ops. Will might be scared of Steve and his wife. No longer allowed to do CTM. Liz oversees the brain fitness coaches and Will says she’s the best sales person. Will and steve report to me.
