Salesforce Stages: New Lead (not yet contacted), Contact Attempted (5 follow-ups then re-engagement), Contact Successful Pending Qualification, Qualified Lead = Opportunity (in service area, looking for home care, financially qualified), Opportunity Assessment Pending, Opportunity Assessment Scheduled. Qualification criteria: service area, home care need, financial qualification. Even if hourly minimums not met, convert to opportunity. If going with another company, still convert and nurture.
