This history is a bit deceiving. 4/25/22 was when we were acquired- my continued pay from HCA. 6/6/22 was when I was moved over to the GM position. 7/4/22 This was an error, and they accidentally changed my pay back to my previous rate. 2/12/22 I was never given a review- I believe this included a bonus that was dived into 2 parts where I have not received the second part of the bonus- I have to continue my employment trough 11/24. Previous conversation with Jennifer Piper was in regard to me taking on the CSM position.
