2019 MBO Bonus Program The HCA bonus is based on both revenue and employee performance. Pay-out is 1% of anything earned over our forecasted revenue for the quarter. The 1% pay-out is then broken up into two parts. The first 50% of the 1% bonus is paid out automatically. The second 50% of the 1% payout is based on the completion of specific objectives (MBOs) that are set up by your supervisor. The number and nature of MBOs vary by employee. This part of the pay-out will be split between your specific MBOs for the quarter based on values determined by your supervisor. Example: Forecasted revenue is $1,500,000 for the quarter. Actual revenue was $1,700,000. The potential 1% bonus payout is $2000 (1% of $200,000). Example: John has 3 MBOs for the quarter, and each are assigned a different value. He was only able to complete MBO #1 and MBO #2. He therefore earns: TOTAL BONUS EARNED: $1750 *** Note that the number and nature of MBOs may be adjusted or changed during the year to reflect objectives.
