MBOs (Scheduling Coordinator)

Amanda Steben-Allard

Maintain a professional and consistent attitude in the office (this includes, but is not limited to: being on time, maintaining professional and constructive conversations with co-workers, having a constructive and professional attitude). This is to be reviewed at every quarter and is at the discretion of your supervisor.

Keep non-billable overtime hours at an average of 40% (or less) of total overtime hours per quarter.

Generate 3 positive caregiver reviews per month (a total of 12 reviews per quarter).

Things required to complete a review:

Google review – they must have a gmail account.

Facebook review – obviously they will require a FB account

Website review (if prior options are not available) – They can write a review that we will post to our website. They must approve the use of their name on our site.

Provide Operations Manager with a list every Friday before payroll of caregivers who are to be deactivated (and who need an ROE produced). This is to help with the clean-up and consistent maintenance of our caregiver database and to ease the strain on accounting.

Handle the deactivation of Westmount clients (and production of end of service checklist) every Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning (as soon as billing is complete). Operations Manager will give you the go ahead once it is done.

Your MBOs will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, therefore in early April, July, October and January (2020). We will discuss your progress every two weeks.

Good luck and I wish you success with your MBOs!
