Conduct a minimum of 50 interviews per month. Plan to overbook your interviews to account for cancellations.

Monitor and control pay rates to maintain a gross profit of 52%.

Plan a minimum of two “out of office” recruiting activities per quarter. This can include school visits, off-site hiring days, hiring events, etc. The activity must be approved by your supervisor.

Maintain an inventory list of caregiver uniforms (scrub tops and polos). Ensure that inventory is up to date and that we have enough stock at all times.

Keep non-billable overtime hours at an average of 40% (or less) of total overtime hours per quarter.

Your MBOs will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, therefore in early April, July, October and January (2020). We will discuss your progress every two weeks.
