Verify with Mrs. Lecompte, Mrs. Doucet and Mrs. Matte regarding ambassador program.

May 6 2019:

Met with receptionist Danielle Matte.  Left pamphlets with stand for her desk.  Discussed Ambassador program and she wants to know more. Email sent.

Met with Mrs. Pascale Doucet, assistant to DSI.  Talked about our services and Hospital to Home.  Left more pamphlets.  Offered Ambassador program.  Was interested and email sent to present it. Mrs. Lecompte, DSI did not have time to see me.  Left brochures and letter to her desk.

May 25 2019:  verify with Mrs. Boyle is they have other breakfasts planned like the one at Tours Angrignon so that we can participate.

May 9 2019:

Met Mrs. Boyle Sales director Montreal, and Mr. Pharand, sales director for Mtl and Estrie. They were present at the breakfast for Tours Angrignon.  Sabrina St-Hilaire (Home Care Assistance Staffing) was also present.  We had the opportunity to present all our services.  We asked to be invited to other presentations in their numerous buildings.

Legal Logix:

May 10:  went to their office on Transcanadienne but they are not there anymore. Contact Mr. Benizri to find their new location to give him invitation to opening of Mt-Royal office with brochures.

September 3 2019:  Get in touch with Mr. Del Vecchio and his team to see if they need more information to promote our services to their customers.

Were also present Lyne Boyle and Marc Pharand (groupe selection, sales directors for Mtl and Estrie).  Also present:  Lianas Services (Mr. Del Vecchio) Résidences-Quebec (Marie-Helene Charrette) and Seniors Choice Montreal (Steve Berner).  We were able to explain our services for the clients at home or as residents and the residences with Staffing)

May 10 2019:  Went to deliver invitation to Mr. Gerard Roy.  Unavailable to meet.  Left brochures.  Mrs. Beatrice is not DSI anymore.  Replaced by Guillaume Lapointe .  New rental agent:  Mr. Hicham Loutfy.

May 14 2019: appointment scheduled with Mr. Fongang, DSI.  Will also give invitation for Mt-Royal opening to Mr. Gregoire, Mr. Caron and Mr. Fongang.

May 6 2019:

Visited the account. Met with Andre Gregoire, D.G. and presented invitation to opening of Mont-Royal office.  Said that we are a very professional and excellent company.  Mentioned that we have spent 2 days a few years ago to present our services in the lobby.  Suggested that we have a caregiver available for a few hours per day until someone hires her.  Said that he has discussed this with Timothy... need to check.  He introduced me to new rental agent, Melissa Roch.  She has our brochures and prices on her desk.  I talked about our hospital to home services and they liked it.  Will send thank you emails to both.

Left brochures for Michael Fongang, DSI.  We will meet on May 14

Left invitation to Mont-Royal to Mr. Roger Caron, rental agent.  Need to send info to Marie-Lou Leduc, Activities.  Will arrange to meet with them during next visit.  Also, bring pamphlets on regular basis.

May 10 2019:  Met with Marie-France Dumais, Sales Manager and her assistant, Andree Larin.  Was impressed by our services.  She went to see if the DSI, Lisa Cote, to see if she would like to see me but she was busy and said that she already knows about us.
