Week of May 27 2019

This week, many emails sent to each account to introduce myself. Waiting for a reply with a scheduled appointment. IF there is no reply, I will then visit the account without appointment. Once I visit an account, I take the names of the administrators, rental agents, activity coord., DSI. I follow up with them by email to make sure everyone is informed of our services and staffing. I then schedule in “Tasks” other visits to try to meet them all. And again, later in “Tasks” to continue with other visits in the months to come.

Acces Résidences:

June 3 2019: Will brindles Binders with a letter for each consultants explaining our services with info on the ambassador program. Then will send an email to all of them.

May 2019 New account added: this is like Residences-Quebec and offer services to find a residence for seniors. Fabienne Coullerez, president, Lina Morroni, exe. assistant and consultants: Mrs. Duperron, Mrs. Holubinska, Mr. Vallée, Mrs Bléfari, Mr.s Perreault, Mrs Pilotti, Mrs Beliveau

May 2019: added this account. Association of counsellors for residences. Louis Sirois is the president, but not sure if he would support us since he is with vis-a-vis. Will need to verify who are the other members. See attached files for contacts.

Résidences Signature:

May 27 2019: Mrs Grondin from Sunrise Fontainebleau said she refers people to Résidences signature. Found that they offer services like Résidences-Quebec and Bonjour Résidences. Will contact their team to introduce our services.

Bonjour Residences :

May 28 2019: Bonjour Residence is like Residence-Quebec.ca except that they help customers find a residence by phone only. I met with Carol Desrochers at the reception and she said that they rarely get calls from someone who is hesitant to move to a resident. But then she said that they do not want to favour a company over another one. At least, now they know us. I left 4 packages for the agents. Email sent to Sara Girard, president and Philippe Girard, cofondateur to explain our services. Will contact them again later to meet with them

Borea – Groupe Maurice (Blainville) :

May 29: Met with DSI, Mrs. Stéphanie Laliberté and thanked her for staffing for the first time this month and presented very briefly our services to residents. She simply asked for pamphlets. I left brochures for Nathalie Carrier, DG, Jonathan Goulet, coord. activités, Stephanie Leblanc, rental. Met with receptionist: Nicole Leblanc. Will send email to all of them and plan another visit very soon.

May 10 : client Residence Borea has been scheduled for the first time for staffing

May 27 2019: email sent to Mr. Patrick Piché, DG, asking to meet with him. Told him that I already met with Mrs. Lyne Boyle and Mr. Pharand (regional sales). He replied that there is no agreement between Selection Retraite and HCA so he does not want to meet. I informed him that there is no need for a contract. We can help them just when needed. May 29: Visit to the head office in Terrebonne. Receptionist told me Mrs. Joelle Thiffault, dir. of health services would be the one in charge. Left her a package and sent her an email to meet with her.

May 27 2019: new account. Groupe Edifio owns many residences in the region: Manoir Fontainebleau, Domaine le Roussillon, Jardins du Chateau and L'Orée du Faubourg. Email sent to the administration of the group. According to the receptionist from Manoir Fontainebleau, if a residence needs staffing, they get it from the head office. I will offer our services in case they need more.

Jardins du Château – Groupe Edifio (Mascouche)

May 2019: learned that they are part of group Edificio. Email sent to Annie Patenaude, administration of the residence to introduce our services and request meeting. Also email sent to Groupe Edifio.

L’Artisan:

Email sent to Mrs Lyne Coté, DSI to meet and present our services for the residents. They already use our staffing services. Meeting with Timothy at the residence on Friday, May 31.

Logis Selection :

June 2019 : Plan visit to Logis selection is an indépendant group of counsellors for residences. Visited by Janik in 2017. Found 3 contacts on LinkedIn : See if we can do business with them and propose Ambassador program.

May 27 2019: spoke with Francois Théoret, president. Said he is on the road and does not need to meet with me since he knows our company very well. Said that he rarely refers home care services but if he does, he'll mention our company. See in 1 year....

May 27 2019: email sent Introduce myself too Mrs. Gosseling and told her we already do staffing with them. Ask for a meeting with her.

Selection Terrebonne:

May 28 2019: I went to their temporary office and met with Karine Archambault, rental agent. I introduced our services and she was not aware of the benefits we could bring to their clientele. I left a package for her partner, Manon Blais ( I will visit again to meet with her) I sent her an email until then to detail our services. Opening is schedule for November. There is no General Director yet. 80% has been rented and residents are very young.

Sunrise Fontainebleau

May 28 2019: Met with Isabelle Grondin (Dir. ventes) and her assistant Kamillia D'Almeida. Presented each other our services. They have a floor called Faubourg Réminiscence for residents needing more care (Alzheimer). They offer services "A la carte" up to 5 hres. If they need more employees, Patricia from DDO will assist them. They kept my business card and brochures. They uses when needed Acces Residence, Residence signature and Vis-a-vis. They will now include us. They like to split the business between their partners. Sunrise does not want to have specific agreement with companies, so one on one is perfect for them. Email sent to thank them both. I will also try to get in touch with Tanya Silva, coord soins, Caroline Dufour: coord Faubourg Reminiscence, Christine Botella, Coord. Activites, and Christine Lachine, DG.

April 2019: Mrs Isabelle Grondin was referred by Samantha Moore from Sunrise Beaconsfield.

TEVA caregivers:

new account: Teva Caregivers has a list of pharmacies that provide support for seniors. (see attached list in Files). Will look for these pharmacies during my travel.
