Accès Résidences:

June 5 2019: Discussed with exec. assistant, mrs. Lina Morroni. Said that they deal with 2 other companies but she was very interested in our services.  I left  binders with a letter for each consultants explaining our services with info on the ambassador program. Email sent to Mrs. Coullerez to schedule meeting. And another email to the entire team asking to meet with them if they have a group meeting.

May 2019 New account added:  this is like Residences-Quebec and offer services to find a residence for seniors. Fabienne Coullerez, president, Lina Morroni, exe. assistant and consultants:  Mrs. Duperron, Mrs. Holubinska, Mr. Vallée, Mrs Bléfari, Mr.s Perreault, Mrs Pilotti, Mrs Beliveau

To do: meet with rental agents and talk in person with mrs. Boilard about ambassador program June 5 2019: email sent asking to meet rental agents, Mrs. Howe and Mrs. Bélanger.,coord and Email sent to Boilard regarding ambassador program and new client , Mr. Jacques Laroque.

Borea Résidence:

June 15 : follow up with mrs. Leblanc and mrs. Carrier.

June 5 2019: left voicemail for mrs. Leblanc, rental and sent email to mrs. Carrier, DG.

May 29: Met with DSI, Mrs. Stéphanie Laliberté and thanked her for staffing for the first time this month and presented very briefly our services to residents. She simply asked for pamphlets.  I left brochures for Nathalie Carrier, DG, Jonathan Goulet, coord. activités, Stephanie Leblanc, rental.  Met with receptionist: Nicole Leblanc.  Will send email to all of them and plan another visit very soon.

Chateau Westmount:

June 6 2019: email sent to mrs. Pillan asking to meet with her.  She is away until June 25.

L’Artisan:

June 4: brought more pamphlets and Hospital to Home brochure to Mrs. Cote, DSI.  Also gave her info on Ambassador program.

June 1: Timothy and I met with Director, Serge Huard.  Timothy wants the residence to sign an exclusivity agreement for our staffing.  They actually used the services of 4 different companies one of them : Agence Logest (verify name).  He believes it would be easier to deal with only 1 company.

I also met with DSI, Lyne Coté.  I had met her with Sabrina when there was a problem with an employee.  She was in a better mood and I presented our services for the residents.  Left her our brochures.

I met with the rental agent:  Tanya Gauthier.  Interested in our services.  Will send her information on the ambassador program.  Left her pamphlets.

Domaine des Forges (Laval)

June 5 2019: Visited the account. talk with receptionist Hélène Bigras.  Could not see director, Mrs. Martine Larouche and DSI, Mrs Sylvie Monette.  Left binders for them and will email them to schedule meeting.

May 27 2019: email sent to Martine Larouche, director, to introduce our services and request appointment.

May 2019: new account .168 residents

Groupe Edifio:

June 5: Email sent to Mrs. Thiffault with the :accord the consentement master.  Will contact her end of the week to meet with her.

June 4 2019: spoke on the phone with mrs. Thiffault, Dir. soins.  She wants to get documents regarding our hiring and certificates.  Will prepare documents with Timothy and send to her.

June 1: went to the office and learned that Mrs. Thiffault is responsible for the residences and staff.  left a binder for her and emailed to schedule appointment.  no reply.

May 29: Visit to the head office in Terrebonne.  Receptionist told me Mrs. Joelle Thiffault, dir. of health services would be the one in charge.  Left her a package and sent her an email to meet with her.

May 27 2019: new account.  Groupe Edifio owns many residences in the region:  Manoir Fontainebleau, Domaine le Roussillon, Jardins du Chateau and L'Orée du Faubourg.   According to the receptionist from Manoir Fontainebleau, if a residence needs staffing, they get it from the head office.  I will offer our services in case they need more. Email sent to the administration of the group.  no reply....

Résidence Ambiance ile-des-sœurs

June 5 2019; email sent to mrs. Lecomte, dsi, asking to meet since they have a resident who is just starting with us.  Will also try to meet with rental agents, Cynthis Gentile and Laurence Lemire.

Résidence Chénier:

June 2019: check with Timothy if it is worth looking into

Résidence Le Nobilis:

June 4 2019: visited the account.  Receptionist to the package for Mrs. Godbout saying that I need an appointment.  I met with Isabelle Pelletier, DSI and she was interested in our services and the ambassador program.  Said that their residence does not have any préposé... So they cannot assist their residents in any way.  Left brochures.  Will try to schedule appointment with Mrs. Godbout, DG.

Résidence Ste-Rose:

June 5 2019;went to the residence and decided that it did not fit with our standards.  Will not continue with it.

May  27 2019: email sent to Isabelle Parisien, directrice general to introduce our services and schedule meeting

Résidences Signature:

June 5 2010: went to the address indicated on website.  Residential address and very poor looking home.  Will contact by phone instead each counsellor: Mrs. Lavoie, president, Mrs. Bourgeois and Mr. MacGregor, consultants.

May 27 2019:  Mrs Grondin from Sunrise Fontainebleau said she refers people to Résidences signature.  Found that they offer services like Résidences-Quebec and Bonjour Résidences.  Will contact their team to introduce our services.

Sélection Deux-Montagnes:

June 4: visit to residence and met with Nathalie Gosselin, DSI.  Interested in our services.  Left brochures and pamphlets.  Referred me to Ginette Collin, D.G, and Danielle Hamelin, coord. Activités.  Email sent to mrs. Collin and to mrs. Hamelin asking to meet with them. Left binders for them.

May 27 2019: email sent Introduce myself too Mrs. Gosseling and told her we already do staffing with them.

June 3 2019: New client, Mrs. Alary refered by Mrs. Roch.  Email sent to thank her and D.G. Mr. Grégoire.
