Acces Résidences:

June 17: spoke with Mrs. Coullerez.  knows our company and actually deals with 2 others.  She has a specific agreement with one of them but they lack staffing outside of Laval.  Needs for north of Laval and South Shore.  Will meet with her team tomorrow and will present us.  I offered to come and meet them.  Will let me know, if not, she will schedule a meeting for the 2 of us.

Alzheimer Society:

June 20: Email sent to Jordan Fish to schedule appointment on June 26

Belvederes de Lachine – Chartwell

June 19 2019: Visited the residence and met with receptionist.  Left binders for Michelle Pronovost, DSI, Diane Lavergne, rental and France Therrien, DG and CTM info for Mrs. Lapointe, Coord. Activity.  Will send email and ask to meet with them.

May 16 2019: Home Care Assistance had 4 clients in this residence.

Bonjour Résidences:

June 17 2019: email sent directly to Mrs. Desrochers, Mr and Mrs. Girard with Ambassador program.

Borea -Groupe Maurice;

June 20: met with DG, Mrs. Carrier.  Said she gets a lot of requests.  Left stand with pamphlets.  Also met Mrs. Leblanc, rental agent.  Also left stand and pamphlets and asked that she gives a binder to her partner, Mrs. Desrochers.

June 17: email sent to Mr. Goulet, activity coord. to present CTM.

Chartwell – Bois-de-Boulogne

Mrs. Loubier confirmed by email meeting for  July 5.  Also meet Mrs. Germain

June 19: Mrs Loubier, DG will meet with me on July 5

June 12: mrs Germain replied but said she would prefer to meet when the new dis starts.

June 11 2019 email sent separately to DSI, Mrs. Germain and to DG, Mrs. Loubier.  F-u to plan a visit.  They use our staffing

June 19 2019: I met with Guylaine Lapierre, DSI. I also talked about staffing if needed.  Left a binder for Caroline Lafleur, DG and rental.

Logis Selection :

June 20:  Mr. Gagnon, D.G of Logis selection (indépendant group of counsellors for residences) replied to my email and said they would be interested to meet with me as a group at the end of the summer.

June 15: Email sent to Mr. Lesperance, president and 2 counsellors, Mr. Gagnon and Mrs. Rocheleau asking to meet as a group or individually.Visited by Janik in 2017.  Found 3 contacts on LinkedIn : See if we can do business with them and propose Ambassador program.

June 20: went to see nurse Mrs. Pelletier.  Will see with her who should received the check for Ambassador program.  Left a thank you note and more pamphlets for Mrs. Godbout, DG.

June 17: received a call from daughter of Mrs. Andrée Duhamel, 96 who felt.  Thanked by voicement the nurse for referring her to us.

Procure (Prostate cancer)

June 20 2019: Friend of mine, Sandra Filopoulos works with Procure (prostate cancer).  I asked her to introduce me to the organisation.  Waiting for reply

Résidence Le Savignon:

June 19 2019: Met with Mr. Benoit Letourneau, rental.  Said he knows Home Care Assistance. Said  the did not contact us because at the time, we did not cover their area. I  presented our ambassador program.

The receptionist, Mimi, took binders for Michele Jones, DSI, Stephane Lalonde, DG and CTM info for the new activity coord., Sarah.

note:  17 rooms on the care floor and we had staffing until May 2019.

Ste-Anne Hospital (Veterans)

Mrs Brulotte replied to my email and we have a meeting on June 27 at 10am

June 19: email sent to Mrs. Brulotte and her team to schedule appointment

June 18 2019: visited account.  Discussed with Mrs. Line Gagnon, adj. administration.  Said believes that the veterans are covered by the Blue Cross (croix bleue).  We went to the social workers offices and I left binders for Myriam Brulotte, Elizabeth Ellyson, Shannon Conway and Richard Rapoport.  I also left pamphlets with a stand in the hall way of their offices.  I will follow-up with Mrs. Brulotte who seems to be in charge.

I also visited the Geriatric department.  Said that the veterans who are the hospital are there to stay.  If they need companions, it is the social workers who would look into it

Sélection Ile-des-Soeurs:

June 21 : meeting with Mr. Grégoire and Timothy to discuss having 1 staff for 4 hrs per day in building

Verify if new referral  (Mr. Marcel) will use our services (Parkinson).  Needs 2 hours per day only, 3 days per week.

Sélection Terrebonne:

June 20 2019:  met with Manon Blais, rental agent.  Did not seem to interested in knowing about us.  She did not know if a new DG has been hired.  Said to check with the head office.  On the website, it seems that they are still looking for someone (job offer on line).

Sélection Vaudreuil:

June 18 2019: I met with Caroline Seres, rental agent who was previously at Selection Ile des Soeurs (left in March 2019).  She knows Timothy personally and has referred many clients in the past.  She said that she informed her partner, Marc Lamontagne about our services.  I left a binder for him and a stand with pamphlets to Mrs. Seres.

I left a binder for the DSI, Mrs Sylvie Laverdure who is on vacations until July 13.  I also left a binder with CTM information for Mr. Guillaume Maheu Drouin, activity coordinator.  I also left a binder for the D.G., Mrs. Guylaine Lacasse.  Will f-u with the ones I could not see today.

May 10 2019: Sabrina  gave invitation to Mont-Royal opening to Mrs. Seres

Vent de l’Ouest

June 18 2019: I met with the receptionist and we confirm the names and titles of the personnel.  No one available to see me.  So I left binders for Francois Perreault, DSI.  For Jegu Newton, D.G

CTM information for Joelle who replaces Jessica Garofalo (in maternity leave).  And for Marie-Soleil Craig, rental agent.  Will send email to all of them and will visit again soon.
