INTAKE TRAINING CALL: Set up role playing sessions. Set-up a French intake training for Maxine and Sabrina.

CARE DIARY CONTEST:  Sandra follow-up with Amanda about running a contest to have caregivers write a submission for a care diary article. Maybe pick the top 3. | SANDRA

CAREGIVER WEBSITE: Look into developing a caregiver page for information that is easily accessible for our caregivers. Look at things like caregiver training, etc. Discuss with Amanda about components of what the website would contain. | SANDRA

HCA CAR & PARKING: Look into the option of a 3rd car and parking spot. | TIM

CERIDIAN: Look into some of the caregiver challenges we are having with payroll (T4s, stat pay, separating payroll reports by caregivers and office staff, having two platforms so that office staff wouldn’t be visible.) | TIMOTHY

OFFICE MANGEMENT: find a way to advise everyone when CMs leave the office, people are on lunch, etc. | SANDRA
