CISSS de Laval

avis d'intention for Selection laval and Selection Panorama .  We replied that we can offer the services.  Will decide by July 12 if they go for tender.

CIUSSS de L’Ouest de l’ile de Montreal

July 2 2019:  According to Mrs. Brulotte, Ste-Anne Veteran's hospital, Mrs. Kader is in charge of staffing replacement.  I contacted her and she is in charge for all the CIUSSS de l'ouest de l'Ile which includes hospitals, CLSC, CHSLD .. for the region.  She said there is an ongoing contract done through Sigma Santé and there were about 14 agencies selected.  She referred me to Mr. Donald Collins who is in charge of the contract. I will contact him to see when it will expire.

Lux Gouverneur:

July 2: email sent to Mrs Savard to present Home Care Assistance and contract for staffing.   Need to arrange meeting with rental agent team end of summer.June 29: Mrs. Blanchette called for staffing.  Timothy offered it at $20 per hour but finally, she cancelled.

June 28: I brought pamphlets and stand to DSI office and told Mrs. Blanchette about our staffing services.  I met with Anouk St-Pierre, rental agent and she was impressed by our services.  Left pamphlets for her and the other agents, Mrs. Seguin Mrs. Pettinati and Mrs. Giroux.  She said she will inform them.  I offered to come and meet the team at the end of summer.  She also referred me to the president Kathy Savard who would be interested to know about us.

Résidence Le Symbiose

July 3: send CTM info to Mrs. Douin.and email D.G, Mrs. Blouin and Rental, Mrs. Rivas.

June 28 2019: Met with Mrs. Melanie Douin, coord. Loisirs.  She took notes and seemed to like our services.  Will send her info on CTM.  Left binders for  Mrs. Blouin, DSI, Maude Locas, D.G and Arianne Rivas, Rental agent.

Sélection Ile des Soeurs:

Here are some notes from our meeting with the team at Sélection Ile des Soeurs

The meeting was to find a way to improve their risk management and the flexibility in the services provided

Mr. Grégoire, Marilou… loisirs, Loubna… adj administrative, M. Caron…location, DSI and his assistant

- arrange for a presentation on the 3rd floor (DSI).  Confirm date for a kiosque

. There is a lady more than 100 years old… see if we can support them with her.

. CLSC help with the palliative car on the regular floors but not on the DSI floor

. We suggested 514-doctor for the palliative care and the services from Maria.  Need to discuss this more.  The Vaudrin family would be concerned.

. See if we can still offer our staffing services.  They used them before

.  See when the next happy hour is to have our staff present.  Check with Marilou.

Villa Ste-Rose

September 2019: visit account.  The group will also be responsible of new building at Les Marronniers where 77 new units will be available for more demanding residents.
July 2019: new account.  The villa has 105 apartments.

Wellesley – Chartwell

July 2: left a voicemail to Mrs. Robin Slutsken, d.g. and Cheryl Johnson, DSI asking to meet with them to discuss staffing and other services.

July 1 2019:received a call for staffing.  Too short notice.

SEAO:

2 Avis d’intention .  We will know by July 16 if they are going for tender.
