July 10 2019: met with Mrs. Carole Bélanger, coord. activités.  impressed by our services.  Took pamphlets and will present it to her team.  I offered to come to meet them in September.  She will let me know.

Email sent to DSI, Mrs. Pronovost., to D.G France Therrien and rental agent: Diane Lavergne.  Mrs. Lavergne transferred my message to the D.G, Mrs. Therrien who is on vacation until July 23.

Club Lorrainés

Email sent to president of elders association from Lorraine Maurice Boisclair.  Meeting scheduled for July 15

L’Emerite de Brossard:

July 13  2019: met with DSI, Marcella Narvaez and she mentioned that they refer their residents to Home Instead and this company cannot supply staffing.  They frequently need LPN and PAB.  I will send her a contract.  Mentioned that Mrs. Becky would be the one to contact to be added to the list.  I left a folder for D.G. Véronique Murray and emailed Mrs. Becky to meet.

Floralies Lachine:

July 8: email sent to D.G. Caroline Lafleur, D.G.

Maison des soins palliatifs de Laval:

July 10 2019: visited account.  No one available to meet with me.  Left folders for Pauline Gilbert, D.G.  her assistant Mrs. Reeves and Marie-Lou Paquette, Coord. Soins infirmiers.  Email sent to them to schedule appointment.

Manoir Claudette Barré:

July 8: sent email to d.g. Mr. Costa, to Mrs. Cyr, Adjoint direction to offer staffing since they are asking for PAB on their website.

July 5: Met with DSI, Mrs. Ruth Augustin who just started there.  I sent her a contrat because she might need staffing.

Manoir Kirland

July 8: email sent to DSI, Mrs. Beauregard, director Mr. Ababei and rental agent Mrs. Wise asking to meet with them.  Mrs. Beauregard replied that they do not use services from agencies and Mrs. Wise said she is not comfortable offering our services to residents.

Les Marronniers:.

July 11 2019: contract for staffing sent to Mrs. Lutzoni.  Email sent to rental agents with ambassador program.

July 10 2019: Met with DSI, Mrs. Lutzoni.  Said it was great timing because she is preparing for the new building act will be finished by July 2020 bringing their residences up to 1700 units.  She would like to see a contract for staffing.  For residents services, at this point the CLSC cares for most residents but she took pamphlets.

I met rental agent, Mrs. Lana Moreau and presented our services.  She said that they sometimes refer to other companies.  Left a folder for her partner, Mrs. Lucia Quatela.

Résidence des Ecores – Chartwell

July 10 2019: Met with Josée Rodrigue, new DSI.  I informed her that we often have staffing in this account.  I also informed her that we were just offered to staff their residence in Shawinigan and she was impressed.  She might need help for staffing with an auxiliary nurse...  will let me know.  Impressed with our services.  Took pamphlets.

Met with d.g., Heidi Gagné and told her about Shawinigan.

Left a folder for rental agent Sandra Collin and email her asking to meet with her soon.

Résidence Lilo:

Email sent to D.G., Mrs. Pauline Morin and reminded her that they occasionally use our staffing.  Email also sent to both rental agent.  Unfortunately, DSI, Mrs Rada does not reply to my request to meet.

Résidence Maywood:

July 8: Email sent to d.g., Valerie Marhone to meet with her.

Résidence Symbiose:

July 8: info on CTM sent to Mrs. Douin.  Mrs. Blouin, DSI is on vacation until July 15.  Will call her then.

Le Savignon:

July 8: call received from lady asking about our services.  Did not want to leave her name and phone number.  Waiting to see if they will call back.  Wanted companionship.

To do: contract, meet rental agent, bring pamphlets.

July 13: met with D.G., Mrs Sylvie Picard and DSI, Hanane Alaoui.  Both very interested in our services and would probably need staffing.  Will send a contract.  Offered Ambassador program but do not feel comfortable using it.  Do not use other companies for residents. DSI took pamphlets for her offices.  Left a folder for rental agent, Patrick Odette.

Société Alzheimer Laval

July 10 2019: Met with Mrs. Lalande.  Very receptive to our services.  Left 6 folders for her and her team.   She will let me know if I should come to talk to them in September.  On the second floor, they have a residence with 10 residents and 2 rooms for additional short term.  there is a total of 55 employees but they never need help from outside for staffing.   Our pamphlets will be in the lobby.
