Julie Paquet – Week of August 5 2019 (for Timothy)

Château Dollard:

August 8 2019: I met with Teresa Poce, Guests services. I presented our staffing services and she will give the folder to her manager, Gina Luci. They have 1 nurse and 2 activity coordinators.

2017: Janik visited the account and concluded that nothing would come out of this account.

Château Royal

August 8 2019: visited the account but there was an emergency. I left a folder for Mr. Ruscito. I sent an email to him and Mrs. Muloin, Adj. direction.

CHSLD Valeo (St-Lambert)

August 9 2019: left a voicemail to D.G.: Caroline Coté and to her assistante Farahraz Yadallee. Also too Mrs. Johanne Lafortune, DSI to offer our staffing services. Mentioned that we support l'Artisan. We finally spoke and she needs staffing. She also handles Les Jardins Aurélie in Ste-Hyacinthe where they also need help but I told her we are not going there yet. Contract sent with regular prices since it is on the South Shore.

Cours du Moulin – Sélection St-Eustache

August 8 2019: staffing contract signed by Mr. Langlois.

August 7 2019: Mr. Piché is gone and is now the general director in St-Jérome. He is replaced by Karine Vigeant who is on vacation. I met with DSI, Michel Langlois. Interested in our services. Said 1 employe left today. Might need us. Contract sent. Left a folder for Josee Latour, Rental agent and then I left her a voicemail.

L’Héritage de l’Ile Paton – Phase I

August 7 2019: visited L'héritage Phase I. There is Phase II (located at 4400 Promenade Paton)but the 2 buildings are managed by different companies. I met with the doorman who suggested that I contact Mrs. Patricia. I will contact her. .

L’Image d’Outremont

August 6 2019: Mrs. Gauthier and Doris are gone and there is a new director, Mrs. Lavoie. New DSI: Mrs. Sylvie Verrier (used to work for the GVT at CIUSSS Montérégie). Might need PAB and LPN. Contract sent today just in case. Interested in our services for the residents. Could not take pamphlets but will add us to the list. Said I could leave them at the reception desk on the main floor. I presented our services to the receptionist, Sylvie Tessier and left her a folder with the ambassador program. Pamphlets with stand left on the desk. I met with the rental agent, Valérie Boileau. She remembered receiving an invitation for our Mont-Royal opening. Kept pamphlets and will discuss our services with her director, Mrs. Lavoie.

Jardins Aurélie – Groupe Valeo (Ste-Hyacinthe)

August 9 2019: new account added by Julie Paquet even if it is in Ste-Hyacinthe. We are staffing L'Artisan from the same group and probably soon Maison Valeo Pierrefonds and CHSLD Valeo. Mrs. Cote manages the CHSLD and les Jardins Aurélie and she needs staffing in both. I told her that for the moment we do not cover Ste-Hyacinthe.

Maison Valeo Pierrefonds:

August 9: Mr. Serge Huard is the same who handles l'Artisan. Said he needs services. Contract sent with adjustments for PAB... same prices as L'Artisan.

August 8 2019: visited the Residence managed by Santé Valéo. Nobody at the reception desk (closed). I only found the following phone numbers: Administration: 514-785-2000 ext. 6008. Direction: ext 6107. I left a message to Mr. Serge Huard offering staffing services.

Manoir Dollard-des-Ormeaux – Résidence Soleil

August 8 2019: Met with Mrs. Sylvie Perras, D.G. Said that all Résidences Soleil are not allowed to use external services for staffing. 14 residences total.

Manoir Outremont:

August 6 2019: I met with Mr. Romuald Ménager, director of multi-services Cogir. Said that they annually sign a contract with HomeInstead and they are satisfied. I gave a folder and sent an email to contact us if they want to compare our services. He referred me Annick Vaillant, adj. health services. She would be the one in charge of personnel (PAB or LPN). Also, Kevin Mongrain, DSI. They were not available so I sent them an email to detail our services. Mrs. Vaillant replied and said that she will discuss this with Mr. Mongrain when he returns from vacation August 19. I will also try to contact the director, Mr. Richard Perreault.

Paton I

August 7 2019: visited L'héritage Phase II which is now called Paton 1. (located at 4450 Promenade Paton) but the 2 buildings are managed by different companies. There is a cabinet in the lobby where I might be able to insert our pamphlet. I will ask permission. The doorman referred me to GMA consultants who manage the building. I contacted Mrs. Josée Lévesque from GMA and she said to send her a request to put our pamphlet in the cabinet. She said she would keep me updated if it is approved but she said that it is rarely done. Info sent to her on August 8.

Next to this building there is Résidence des Philanthropes. Added to my list

Physio en Route:

August 2019: Visited Mr. Wolofsky at his home and presented the Ambassador program. Said he did not know about it. He has other employees on the road. I left pamphlets for his team. Said that we are the company he always refers to.

Résidence Ambiance Ile des Sœurs :

August 6 2019: I met with Mrs. Lecompte, new DSI since end of 2018 (used to work at Hop. Charles Lemoyne). Interested in our services. Took pamphlets and ask for a contract since she often needs personnel. She will add us to the list of companies she gives to her residents in need. Staffing contract sent. Mrs. Lemire, rental agent is gone. Mrs. Gentile, rental agent was not available.

Résidence Chénier St-Eustache :

August 7 2019: I visited the account. Old building. I met with Mrs. Vicky Dumont and her assistant, Alison. Presented our staffing services and they might need some. I met with director, Mrs. Dallaires and I sent her our staffing contract. Mrs. Dallaire will retire in December. I left a pamphlet to the receptionist. Coming soon: construction of 36 new units.

May 27 2019: email sent too Mrs. Helene Dallaire, Directrice General to schedule appointment.

May 2019: new account added. 93 residents

Résidence Laval Ouest – Groupe LRM

August 7 2019: visited the residence. poor location. I left a folder for the director, Mrs. Zhara Ouhannou. The care coordinator, another Mrs. Zhara listen to me while I spoke about our staffing services but did not comment. I sent a email to Mrs. Ouhannou.

August 6 2019: went to the residence. looks poor. 36 apartments with 1 nurse on site. I was informed to contact Mrs. Line Vincelli, director. I will check if she needs staffing.

Résidence Soleil

August 8 2019: Met with Mrs. Sylvie Perras, D.G at Manoir DDO said that all Résidences Soleil are not allowed to use external services for staffing and that I should not waste my time with them. 14 residences total.

August 8 2019: visited the account. Building looks poor. The receptionist said that they offer no services, no PAB, no LPN. Did not want me to leave pamphlets.

May 17 2019: new account added by Julie Paquet

Sélection Ile des Soeurs:

August 6 2019. Brought check of $100 to Melissa Roch (Rental agent) for Ambassador program as of July 25 2019 for Mrs. Alary. Unfortunately, Mrs. Alary is now on the Care Floor and will not use our services anymore. Mrs Roch was surprised to receive this amount. Very Happy.

Villagia de l’Ile Paton:

August 7 2019: visited the condo building and the receptionist Jade Robitaille said that I should leave the pamphlets on the reception desk in the lobby and people can take them if they want (did not want the stand). I asked if there was anyone in the building that was in charge and she did not want to say. I read Janik's note and there seems to be a DSI. I will try to contact her (Mrs. Tétrault). The building is managed by Groupe Horizon.
