October 11, 2019 To whom it may concern, This letter serves to confirm that Amanda Steben-Allard was employed with Home Care Assistance from August 2016 to September 2019. Amanda began her employment as a caregiver and was quickly moved into a full-time role as Scheduling Coordinator. Her hours varied slightly from week to week, but the role was full-time (approximately 40 hours per week). Amanda’s role as Scheduling Coordinator consisted of building and maintaining client schedules. The role was a fast-paced one, requiring attention to detail and focus on making sure that schedules were accurate. Amanda also acted as a liaison between our caregivers and our clients and was called upon to mediate and remedy situations as needed.
