HCA MONTREAL – OFFICE STAFF Tim Thomas – President/Co-Owner Focused mainly on strategic planning along with financial and accounting management. Share in the creation and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives. Salary: $$156,000 plus profit sharing. Previous year profit sharing was $300.000 Timothy Thomas – Director of Client Care & Business Development/Co-Owner Functionally acts as day-to-day General Manager with main focus on client care and business development. Shares a strategic planning role which includes marketing and advertising. Salary: $150,000 plus profit sharing. Previous year profit sharing was $100,000 Susan Thomas – Treasurer Non-active Salary: $52,000 Juliana Thomas – Accounting Clerk (part-time) Manages weekly billing and bi-weekly payroll. Salary: $30,000 Sandra Daoust – Operations Manager Responsible for the smooth office operation and employee and client satisfaction. Manages implementation and supervision of all office policies and procedures and that day-to-day issues are resolved. Responsible for hiring, training and mentoring of most office staff. Backup for accounting including billing and payroll. Member of strategic planning team Salary: $70,000 plus bonus. Previous year was $2500 Maria Licoudis – Care Manager (R.N.) Highly experienced CM and registered nurse. Handles all complex medical cases and Tier A clients. Works closely with Scheduler for staffing assistance. Salary: $85,000. Christina Leo – Care Manager Standard CM role plus she manages scheduling for her clients. Salary: $46,000 plus bonus. Previous year was $2250 Stephanie Demers – Scheduler/Interim Care Manager Scheduler who now handles CM duties for mainly Tier A clients. Potential to become a full CM over time. Salary: $38,000. Sabrina St. Hilaire – Residence Coordinator Manages staffing support for the network of senior residences. This includes the management of schedules and ongoing customer support. Salary: $37,000 plus bonus. Previous year $3122. Joey Taylor – H.R. Coordinator Also referred to as Employee Care Manager. Responsible for hiring and orientation of caregiving staff both on the private and staffing sides of the business. Salary: $55,000. Mariel Peralta – H.R. Coordinator Responsible for hiring and orientation of caregiving staff on the private side only. Currently on maternity leave. Returning August 2020. Salary: $45,000. Amy Thompson – Scheduler Handles scheduling for private business. Primary role is in support of R.N. Care Manager with secondary support for balance of private clients. Salary: $41,000. Sarah Bittat – Scheduler – part time As a student, provides weekend coverage for client and caregiver support including scheduling changes and staffing support. Currently working full time during the summer. Salary: $18.50/hour. Business Development Manager – position is open. CTM Interventionist – position is open
