Works her own practice as a health and wellness coach (deals with clients anywhere from 17-55 years old). Phone skills 10/10 2. Patricia Schiavone Worked as an LPN at Chateau Westmount for a year. Then was hired to work as receptionist there for 6 months. Currently out of work. I assume she is anywhere from 30-40 years old. Phone skills 6/10 3. Maria Alnakidis Worked as a sales associate at Hudson’s Bay before Covid. Now she’s looking for work. Has worked on a contract at “Meals on Wheels” where she coordinated volunteers as well as dealt with clients on a regular basis. Has a bachelor from Concordia in Communication Studies. I assume she is anywhere from 30-40 years old. Phone skills 7/10 4. Karen Fada 21 years as an administrator assistant at Concordia University. She still works there 40 hours per week so would only be available Saturday and Sunday. Worked at Residence Le Pringtemps (it was on Decarie) when she was younger as an office assistant. Has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Concordia. She is 51 years old. She will be retiring from Concordia eventually and wants something she can continue to do part-time. Phone skills 8/10 5. Cassandra Asse Student at University of Montreal studying Social Services. Her last job was a 1-month contract with the CIUSSS to do data entry during Covid. She is currently unemployed. She worked with Service Canada as a customer’s service agent as well. Have no idea about her age (could not find her on Facebook). She applied for the full-time position but maybe the weekend position would make more sense as she is still a student (she said her classes are online). Phone skills 8/10 Full-Time Coordinator Position: 1. Erika Wood Did freelancing writing for an American based company on a contract. Has experience in retail as well (did some scheduling there). She is currently unemployed. Bilingual. I assume she is anywhere between 30 to 45 years old. Has degrees in psychology, music, English, and history. Phone skills 6/10 2. Evelina Troli Worked as a medical secretary at Queen Elizabeth Healthcare Complex (actively working there but they know she is looking for other opportunities). In charge of booking and modifying appointments and has a good knowledge of the medical field. Also has experience working with customer service over the phone with TD. Bilingual. She was doing her communications degree at Vanier but never finished (has a couple courses left). I assume she is anywhere between 30 to 40 years old. Phone skills 9/10. 3. Chanelle Seemangal Working weekends as a front desk clerk at the Marriot in Baie D’Urfe). Worked two years as a medical secretary at Brunswick Medical Center (West Island) where she dealt with clients and client requests on different floors. Completed her LPN at WICC (does not want to work in hospitals) but said she’d like to go back to school to do respiratory therapy. Said her French is functional. I assume she is anywhere between 20 to 25 years old. Open to work full-time or part-time. Phone skills 7/10. 4. Zara Tsapekis Did a bachelors in exercise science at Concordia. Has worked as a physiologist and kinesiologist in the past. Is looking to get more into an office role and really likes the home care helping the elderly option. I could not find her on Facebook but based on her voice she sounds in her early 20s. Bilingual. Phone skills 7/10 (sounded nervous)
