To me the most important thing to know before working with my client is their routine, the things that make their day go by better so I can enhance on those things, their triggers and or their dislikes so as to avoid them when possible.

The thing I love most about my job is that I’m able to put my gifts and talents to work every day. I’m able to be compassionate and care for wonderful clients day in and day out.

I love that my job doesn’t feel like a burden or a chore but more so like a place I go to spend the day with a friend who I’m able to make life a bit easier daily.

What gets me excited about work… I always know that my clients will be happy to see me…and honestly who doesn’t like to be celebrated? I'm always excited because I never know what great stories the day holds for me daily.

My current client has actually been one of the most wonderful working relationships I’ve had.  Mr Kaufman is kind, sweet, compassionate, smart, funny and very intelligent.

It’s a great working relationship because we’re both honest with each other about our expectations for each day and we both try and maintain a positive attitude towards the day’s tasks.

Our working relationship is special because we do daily tasks together.  We read the paper together which he loves and he always looks forward to helping me do the daily sudoku and daily puzzle. The things he finds a bit difficult I do with him to remind him he’s not alone and to offer him support.
