We have aligned ourselves with Canada Life to offer a VRSP (Voluntary Retirement Savings Plan) program. This will allow you to set money aside for retirement and it can be done through contributions from your pay. Please consult the attached document for more information. If you wish to sign up for the program, please complete the form included in this email and return it by email (sdaoust@homecareassistance.com) or by dropping it off in person between 9am-5pm at 4464 Ste. Catherine West, Westmount. If you have any questions, please contact Canada Life directly and quote policy #69095.

In addition, we require you to notify us, by replying to this email, to let us know if you will be participating in the program or not. Please do so by September 18, 2020. Please reply with the following:

I WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE VRSP PROGRAM

I WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE VRSP PROGRAM AND THEREFORE OPT OUT

If you do not respond by September 18, 2020, we will assume that you have opted out of the program. Kindly note, however, that you can always opt back into the program.
