January Facilitation Guide Meeting objective: have everyone share their business goals and challenges for 2021. Discuss how the group can support one another in achieving these goals and in overcoming challenges. Walk away understanding what a vision board is and how it helps with goal-setting and realizing their 2021 “vision”. HCL speaking notes: Good morning/afternoon everyone - Happy New Year! I am excited to kick-off our first PAC Meeting of 2021. Today’s discussion will be centered on our goals and potential challenges for this year. I will start off by sharing mine. <Facilitate discussion>. Thanks for a great group discussion everyone. For those of you who are interested, I would like to propose creating a vision board. Some of you may be familiar with what this is, but for those of you who are not, a vision board is a visualization tool that refers to a board of any sort used to build a collage of words and pictures that represent your goals and dreams. By placing visual representations of your goals into one space, you can easily visualize them frequently. It is proven that the best way to achieve your goals is to keep them top of mind, so a vision board is the perfect tool to help you do that. By putting a vision board somewhere you can see it every day, you will prompt yourself to visualize your ideal life on a regular basis. And that’s important because visualization activates the creative powers of your subconscious mind and programs your brain to notice available resources that were always there but escaped your notice. Through the Law of Attraction, visualization also magnetizes and attracts to you the people, resources, and opportunities you need to achieve your goal. On the heels of this call, I will send you a link to an article that provides a simple 6-step process to building a vision board. If you decide to make one, it might be fun to share these on our next call as a way to break the ice and kick-off the meeting. HCL: Here is the article you can send in your follow-up email.
