Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation from my position as Scheduling Coordinator at Home Care Assistance Montreal effective October 1st, 2021.

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such and amazing team. Thank you for the support you have provided me over the last year. It won’t be forgotten. However, after careful consideration, I must do what is best for me and my family, even if it pains me. I will continue to work as I have until my last day.
