Dear Client, We would like to take a moment to welcome to Home Care Assistance! We are thrilled to have you as part of our valued clientele. In order to make the transition as easy as possible, here are a few administrative details regarding our service: Invoicing: We invoice our clients every Monday for the week prior. Invoices are then sent by email either Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Invoices are sent from the administration account (adminmtl@homecareassistance.com). Payments: We accept either pre-authorized debit or e-transfer payments. To use pre-authorized debit, please complete the form and provide us with a void cheque. For e-transfer payments, we require a credit card as back-up (please complete the attached credit card form). Instructions on how to send the e-transfer payment will be sent with your invoice. Please don’t hesitate to reach out should you have any questions or concerns. I continue to be your point of contact at Home Care Assistance.
