Sure Tim, here is the comp data for each of the Canadian recruiters, beginning with Elizabeth: [image: image.png] [image: image.png] [image: image.png] [image: image.png] I am not as familiar with standard compensation for Recruiters in Canada as opposed to the US, but, to be frank, the Canadian Recruiters are all outperforming my Tri-State teams. They are rock stars. The Canadians should all be considered for comp increases, but the particular standouts are Elizabeth due to her excellent performance, and Mel due in equal parts to her strong performance and her current compensation, which seems low.
