"**PAYROLL TEAM ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP FOR TAX DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT: CIC PLUS **
The Payroll team is pleased to announce its partnership with CIC Plus, an industry leading provider of Tax compliance management. CIC Plus stores digital [IRS](https://www.irs.gov/) documents in a centralized repository, providing a user-friendly process for team members.
Effective March 14, 2023, active team members and U.S. Caregivers can access CIC Plus through [Workday](https://www.myworkday.com/thekey/d/home.htmld) including re-issuing Form W-2 (for Federal State tax filing) for Tax Year 2022 and moving forward. W-2s prior to July 2022 will still need to be accessed through [PayChex Flex](https://myapps.paychex.com/landing_remote/login.do?).
Once logged in to [Workday](https://www.myworkday.com/thekey/d/home.htmld), click **Menu** > **View All Apps** > **Pay **> **External Links** > **TheKey CIC Plus Employee**.
When you visit the CIC Plus section in [Workday](https://www.myworkday.com/thekey/d/home.htmld) for the first time, you should use your TheKey Single Sign-On account. You will then receive an email from PaperlessEmployee.com to confirm that you have accessed your account.
Terminated team members and U.S. Caregivers are required to use the external URL link and create an account at this website: [www.PaperlessEmployee.com/TheKey](http://www.paperlessemployee.com/TheKey)
