I had my 1:1 with Angie this morning and I brought up to her the issues all of us talked about on our call yesterday. Seeing trends of new clients asking for shorter hours, caregivers complaining about high gas prices and not wanting to work those shorter shifts. I heard in the HCL WBR yesterday, they reported a trend of new clients that were signed on as Elephants ended up as Cheetahs. Clients are feeling the pinch with inflation and the economy as well. NJ Revenue is down, why? We are getting the prospects but they are for shorter hours. We have to address the issues with caregivers and the high gas prices. It is a real problem that I am not sure is going away any time soon. Angie asked if you could respond with some details as to what you are experiencing in your regions.
