Hi An,

I have sent three emails to the Coupa support team regarding issues with my account, but I still need assistance.

Currently, I am unable to approve many of the requests sent to me, although some do process correctly. Additionally, it appears I do not have full capabilities in Coupa; I lack the same vendor access and functional permissions as my local GM.

Could someone please look into this as soon as possible? I need these permissions resolved to submit my expense reports.
